How Your Buyback Benefit Works
When you wish to avail your PryORA Buyback Benefit:
✓ Your jewellery will undergo authenticity and quality verification.
✓ The product will be evaluated based on eligibility criteria, product condition, and verification process.
✓ Approved Buyback Benefit value will be issued as PryORA Store Credit / Coupon.
The Store Credit can be used towards future purchases of eligible PryORA creations.
Store Credit Redemption
✓ PryORA Store Credit can be redeemed on eligible PryORA purchases.
✓ A minimum purchase value of 3 times the issued Store Credit amount is required for redemption.
For Example:
• If you receive ₹1,000 PryORA Store Credit, you can redeem it on a minimum purchase of ₹3,000.
• If you receive ₹2,500 PryORA Store Credit, you can redeem it on a minimum purchase of ₹7,500.
✓ Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
✓ Customers can avail the credit anytime within the validity period.
✓ Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
✓ Store Credit can be used towards upgrading or purchasing new PryORA creations.
✓ Store Credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically mentioned by PryORA.
Purchase Registration & Eligibility
To activate your PryORA Buyback Benefit:
✓ Customers must register their purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✓ Registration must be completed through the official PryORA registration process.
✓ Only successfully registered purchases will be eligible for Buyback Benefits.
✓ Purchases made through PryORA Official Website, Direct WhatsApp Orders, and authorised marketplace platforms are eligible after successful registration.
✓ For marketplace purchases, customers must provide valid order details and purchase proof during registration.

• Buyback Benefit is applicable only on eligible PryORA 925 Sterling Silver products.
• Maximum Buyback Benefit value is up to 25% of the eligible product value paid by the customer.
• Final benefit value is determined after product verification and eligibility assessment.
• Making charges, stones, plating, customisation charges, shipping charges, taxes, and other non-product charges may not be included in valuation.
• Original invoice, authenticity details, and purchase proof may be required.
• Products that are damaged, modified, altered, or repaired through unauthorised sources may not qualify.
• Certain limited edition, customised, or promotional products may be excluded from the Buyback Benefit.
• Unused Store Credit will automatically expire after the validity period and cannot be reactivated.
• PryORA reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline Buyback Benefits based on eligibility and verification results.
